Our monthly meetings will always be on the third Monday of the month at The Chase Hotel - except December

October 21st "Copper" John Hudson revsits us to give a talk on this very versatile metal.

November 18th "WW2 Military Sites in West Cumbria". Alan Bell will join us to give a historical overview of West Cumbria's role in military activities of WW2

December 2nd "Annual Quiz" - a lighthearted look at science questions - bring a pen

January 20th "Are You a Curry Ninja?" Steve Wilson wil gibe thuis talk onn history and science behind a curry.

Beyond this date (if) a new Group Leader comes forward their programme will appear here.

Our meeting fee remains unchanged at £3 to include refreshments.
